PRINCE Andrew has not paid rent on his lavish Royal Lodge mansion for over two decades.
The royal, 65, saw his Duke of York title stripped from him last week after it was revealed he had lied about ongoing contact with paedo pal Jeffrey Epstein.
But he remains living at the 30-room property on the Windsor estate, despite the efforts of King Charles to boot him out.
However, a copy of the leasehold shows while Andrew did cough up £1million for the lease, as well as £7.5million for refurbishments, he hasn’t paid any annual rent since 2003.
