Meghan Markle celebrated International Day of the Girl by sharing a tribute to her 4-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet.
“To all the girls — this world is yours,” Markle wrote via Instagram Saturday. “Do everything you can to protect your rights, use your voice, support each other. We will do the same for you. It’s your right and our responsibility.”
“Go get ‘em girl! 🏃♀️ Happy International Day of the Girl,” the 44-year-old addedAlongside her caption, the Duchess of Sussex — who also shares son Prince Archie, 6, with husband Prince Harry, 41 — posted a rare image and video of Lili.
In the image, Markle wore a white button-down with matching pants as she held Lili’s hand. They could be seen gazing at a creek.
Lili, meanwhile, wore an all-pink ensemble with a matching handbag. She also wore her red hair in a messy ponytail.
In the video, Lili ran through the family’s backyard.
Markle reposted the visuals to her Instagram Stories with the caption: “Happy International Day of the Girl.”
The new upload comes after she and Harry made a joint appearance at NYC’s Project Healthy Mind Gala on Thursday, where they rocked coordinating black suits.
Markle wore a plunging Armani blazer with matching slacks, accessorizing with a heavy gold chain necklace. Her husband wore a black suit and tie with a white button-down shirt.
