Ethan Slater shared a series of cozy, intimate photos of Ariana Grande seemingly enjoying the holidays at home.
The actor took to Instagram Stories on Friday to share a live photo of the “Wicked” actress cuddling a little brown dog while relaxing on a couch.
Grande appeared to be enjoying a relaxed holiday, decked out in a classic black turtleneck and matching pants while petting the dog.
She pulled her light brunette hair away from her face and secured it with a wide white hairband, and finished the look with pearl earrings and platform heels.
In the cozy snaps, the Grammy winner played with a small dog.Another upload showed Grande sitting next to a male pal while laughing. “Very merry holidays,” Slater wrote atop the snap.
Grande took to her own Instagram Stories to share pictures from the small gathering with friends.
Last weekend, eagle-eyed fans spotted Slater in backstage photos from Grande’s “Saturday Night Live” hosting gig, as well.
The “Spongebob Musical” star appeared in Elizabeth Gillies’ Instagram post marking Grande’s accomplishment.
In one snapshot, Gillies inadvertently covered Slater’s face with her hand while toasting Grande, 32, with a cup of champagne.
Another photo showed the actors sitting backstage on a couch — without Grande — at the iconic comedy sketch show.
Grande, 32, and Slater, 33, became the target of breakup rumors as the pair kept their distance on red carpets amid the release of their musical “Wicked: For Good.”
Though Slater included a casual photo of himself with the hitmaker in an Instagram post last month, the pair refrained from showing PDA in the snapshot.
In a “Today” show interview later that month, Slater appeared to dodge questions about Grande when asked how it felt “working with [his] girlfriend every day” by co-host Craig Melvin.
Slater replied that the “the entire cast” of the film was “incredible.” He also called Grande a “brilliant” actress and noted the “remarkable” talents of their co-star Cynthia Erivo.
The Tony nominee divulged that watching Grande and Erivo play Glinda and Elphaba was “pretty special.”
“We filmed it years ago,” Slater recalled. “I didn’t forget how amazing their performances were, but [I loved] getting to watch it with an audience.”
