Eminem has reportedly sparked dating rumors with his longtime stylist, Katrina Malota.
A source told TMZ on Thursday that the “Lose Yourself” rapper’s relationship with the Michigan-based makeup artist has recently turned romantic, though it’s unclear exactly how long they’ve been involved. Reps for Eminem have not yet responded to Page Six for comment.
Malota has worked closely with the 52-year-old hip-hop legend for years, styling him for music videos and various projects. According to her professional website, she has also worked with other big names, including Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke, and 50 Cent.
When she’s not on the road with the “Real Slim Shady” rapper, Malota is based at a salon in Birmingham, Michigan.
Eminem — born Marshall Bruce Mathers III — has always been notoriously private about his love life. He was previously married twice to his ex-wife Kim Scott, both times in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The pair began dating as teenagers and welcomed their daughter, Hailie Jade, in 1995 before marrying in 1999.
Their marriage ended in divorce just two years later. They briefly reconciled and remarried in 2006, but divorced again that same year.
In addition to Hailie, Eminem also has legal custody of Alaina Marie Mathers, now 32, whom he adopted from Kim’s sister amid her struggles with substance abuse, and Stevie Laine, 23, whom Kim welcomed with her ex-boyfriend Eric Hartter in 2002.
“I have full custody of my niece,” Eminem told Rolling Stone in 2004. “My niece has been a part of my life ever since she was born. Me and Kim pretty much had her. She’d live with us wherever we was at.”
In a 2017 interview with Vulture, Eminem opened up about dating after his divorce, admitting it was “tough.”
“Since my divorce, I’ve had a few dates and nothing’s panned out in a way that I wanted to make it public,” he said, adding that he tried meeting people through Tinder and even at strip clubs.
Over the years, Eminem has also been linked to a few high-profile figures. He was rumored to have dated Mariah Carey in 2001 — something she has denied — and Nicki Minaj in 2018, though neither relationship was ever confirmed.
