🔥 Bill & Hillary Clinton Ordered to Testify in Jeffrey Epstein Probe! 👀

In a major development in the Jeffrey Epstein investigation, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has officially ordered Bill and Hillary Clinton to appear for depositions next month.Tom Golisano, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Chelsea Clinton stand on stage at the Clinton Global Initiative 2025 Annual Meeting.

Comer first subpoenaed the former president and secretary of state on August 5, aiming to get answers about their personal ties to the late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. But the Clintons’ attorney responded on November 3, asking that they only provide “a written proffer of what little information” they have.

Comer pushed back hard:

“Given the admission that your clients possess some relevant information, your position amounts to a demand that the Committee forgo in-person testimony, potentially relevant to its legislative oversight.”

He added that the fact the Clintons maintained relationships with Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in their personal lives — outside official duties — is exactly why the Committee wants their testimony.Ghislaine Maxwell watches as Jeffrey Epstein and US President Bill Clinton shake hands during a tour of the White House, 1993.

📅 Deposition Dates Set

  • Bill Clinton: 10 a.m., December 17

  • Hillary Clinton: 10 a.m., December 18

⚖️ Clintons’ Lawyer Responds

Attorney David Kendall acknowledged the public’s demand for transparency:

“What we have learned over the years about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell is abhorrent. Former President Clinton and former Secretary Clinton welcome legitimate oversight grounded in fact.”

However, Kendall argued that the Clintons have “little to contribute” beyond what can be submitted in writing.

📝 Written Statements vs. In-Person Depositions

Other officials subpoenaed in August — including Jeff Sessions, Alberto Gonzales, and former FBI Director Robert Mueller — were allowed to submit written statements instead of appearing in person, with Mueller notably battling Parkinson’s disease.

Kendall did not immediately respond to further requests for comment.
