She’s also the Chapter President of the Greater Kansas City Chapter of Societas Docta, Inc. and was recently honored with the 2025 Heart of a Champion Impact Award for her contributions as a leader in schools, business, and civic life. As a certified John Maxwell team member in leadership, training, and speaking, Dr. Richards has dedicated her life to serving and uplifting others. 💪✨
