Nadia Sawalha ‘dropped by ITV’ after Loose Women star embroiled in antisemitism row over ‘unhinged’ videos

Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha will no longer be appearing on the ITV show after facing accusations of posting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories on social media, it has been claimed.

The 61-year-old was absent from the popular daytime chat show this week and will reportedly no longer be seen as part of the panel.

It is believed that the broadcaster wants to distance itself from the long-serving panellist before any conversations about her future on the show can take place.

Wanting to keep their relationship as positive as can be, a source claimed: “We love Nadia, she’s a great Loose Woman.Nadia Sawalha

“There has been a lot going on, so Loose Women is having some space from her for some calm.”

The broadcaster refused to confirm whether Ms Sawalha has been axed when contacted by the Daily Mail. GB News has contacted ITV for comment.

Similarly, Ms Sawalha’s husband, Mark Adderly, was suspended from the Green Party over alleged antisemitic outbursts, which prevented him from running as a candidate in Croydon.

The accusations against Mr Adderley include comparing Israel to Nazi Germany in his online content.Nadia Sawalha

He was also reportedly posting videos praising the “courage” of those behind the Hamas attacks on October 7, alongside conspiracy theories attributing blame for the September 11 attacks and the Bondi Beach terror massacre in Australia to Jews.

The couple shares a channel on YouTube that features multiple videos claiming “Israeli false flag” operations were responsible for various incidents.

Some incidents include the assassination of American political figure Charlie Kirk, a missile strike on a British base in Cyprus, and the recent firebombing of Jewish community ambulances in Golders Green.

Mr Adderley’s name, however, remained on the ballot papers for the Crystal Palace and Upper Norwood ward in Thursday’s Croydon elections.Nadia Sawalha and Mark Adderly

Following her husband’s removal from the Green Party, Sawalha uploaded a 21-minute video in which she attributed his treatment to “dark forces behind everything that you see” and insisted he had been “slandered” and treated unfairly.

“He is the most decent kind, super smart man with the hugest of hearts,” she said in the video, describing the suspension process as a “carve up” and maintaining that her husband’s activism had been “totally altruistic.”

The television presenter, who previously appeared in EastEnders and Absolutely Fabulous, claimed the accusations had been taken out of context and stated the couple had recorded evidence to prove it.

This morning, Ms Sawalha appeared on her “Coffee Moaning” YouTube programme alongside Mr Adderley, where she once again blamed “dark forces” for targeting her husband, particularly within the Labour Party.

An ITV insider described the content on the couple’s YouTube channel as “dangerous,” alleging that staff members have raised concerns with management.

“People both on and off camera at ITV have complained to bosses about the nature of the YouTube channel, which has become increasingly conspiratorial and looks like anti-Semitism, disguised as anti-Israel rhetoric,” the source said to the Daily Mail.

Colleagues are said to have also expressed worry about Ms Sawalha’s well-being, according to the insider.

The Campaign Against Antisemitism has urged ITV to investigate the presenter, with a spokesman questioning what “dark forces” she was referring to and suggesting she may be “a little too loose-tongued to stay in post.”Nadia Sawalha

Alex Hearn from Labour Against Antisemitism welcomed her removal, stating: “Nadia Sawalha has been posting vile, unhinged rants online for some time now.

“It is time ITV took action against her, before she does serious damage to the reputation of one of Britain’s oldest broadcasters.”
