Kelly Osbourne explains heartbreaking cause of weight loss in heated message to haters

Kelly Osbourne said in a scathing message to body shamers that grieving her father Ozzy Osbourne’s death has caused her to lose weight.

“To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like, ‘Are you ill, or ‘Get off Ozempic,’ or ‘You don’t look right,’” she said in a social media clip shared on Wednesday’s episode of “Piers Morgan Uncensored.”

“My dad just died, and I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family. And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life,” Osbourne, 41, added.

“So to all those people, f–k off,” she added.

Kelly’s father, Ozzy Osbourne died in July at the age of 76 following a private battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Kelly’s message was echoed by her mother, Sharon, who spoke with Morgan about the legendary Black Sabbath rocker’s passing.

“She’s right, you know. She’s right. She can’t eat right now.” Sharon chimed in. “[Online hate] is a shield for people who are unhappy.”

Kelly continued on her Instagram Stories Wednesday, addressing the “many lovely, lovely, lovely comments from people” she’s received that “have really helped [her] get through” the difficult time after the loss of her dad.

But she took aim once more at the “grown ass women” who continue to leave a majority of the “mean” and “brutal” comments she’s gotten, urging them to “take a strong, hard look at yourself.”

“What do you expect me to look like right now?” she said. “The fact that I’m getting out of bed and facing my life and trying should be more than enough, and I should be commended for that.”

“Because most of the things you’re saying about me is how you feel about yourself,” she continued, before calling out those commenting that she looks “ill” or comparing current photos of her to pictures of her 18-year-old self.

“I am ill right now. My life is completely flipped upside down. I don’t understand why people expect me to bounce back and look like everything is just fine in my life when it’s not,” she said.

While showing off her trim physique, she also debuted her new blond hairdo. Channeling Marilyn Monroe, Kelly styled her chin-length hair styled in voluminous loose waves.

Kelly has addressed the negative comments she’s received from fans regarding her looks many times throughout her career, which spans over two decades.

In May, she shared how she received “more s–t” for her weight than she did for her drug addiction as she spoke at Beacher Vitality’s Happy & Healthy Summit.
