Some new clues point to Drew landing in a life-threatening situation, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Elizabeth Korte and Chris Van Etten serve as GH’s head writing team, so they recently spilled some summer shockers in an interview with SOD.
Drew is in for a wild ride based on some of the hints that Van Etten and Korte delivered.
For starters, the duo teased that “Drew makes a big splash” this summer. What if that spoiler is meant to be taken literally?
If that’s the case, then Drew could take a tumble into the Metro Court pool.
Perhaps Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will leave Drew parked near the edge while she’s busy with the kids and turn around to see some chaos playing out.
We could certainly imagine Drew fighting to regain mobility and stumbling out of his chair into the pool or something along those lines.
One way or another, Drew may splash into the water and risk drowning since he won’t be able to move enough to swim.
That brings us to another summer surprise that Korte and Van Etten offered up.
It turns out Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will leap into action and save someone’s life, “but there are those in Port Charles who dearly wish he hadn’t.”
That could apply to Drew since Gio tends to work as a lifeguard in the summer months.
Gio might be the one to pull Drew to safety, but Drew’s enemies may not be happy about it in the end.
Regardless, GH spoilers say Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will get the wrong idea after they get some news regarding “a harrowing incident involving Drew.”
Will Kai and Trina assume Willow intentionally pushed Drew into the pool or something along those lines?
It wouldn’t be unreasonable for Trina and Kai to think so since they know Willow shot Drew twice!
No matter how it all goes down, General Hospital spoilers say Drew has another dangerous ordeal in his future, so don’t miss all the action.
