General Hospital is setting the stage for a major Chase and Willow scandal that will rock many people in Port Charles. Fans have been convinced for months that Chase will cheat on Brook Lynn with Willow, throwing away his marriage, and thanks to Michael’s latest plan, it seems that is in the works.
Another Port Charles Scandal Is Brewing
On the May 11 episode of GH, someone not only spied on Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Chase (Josh Swickard) in the park but also took photos of them. It was dark. They were wearing running clothes, and there were a couple of moments that could easily be misinterpreted.
There’s no question that Chase and Willow have grown closer ever since her marriage to Michael (Rory Gibson) ended. Chase put his job on the line to prove she didn’t shoot Drew (Cameron Mathison), which included some shady moves on his part. That will come back to bite him, but before that happens, Chase could lose it all.
For now, Michael plans to nudge Willow and Chase to have an affair. Michael informed Carly of his plan and appears to have put the wheels in motion. The person watching Chase and Willow was most likely on Michael’s payroll.
The fallout of this will have a much wider reach than Michael anticipated. Michael doesn’t know all the dirty-handed things Willow has done, like make Drew incapacitated, or that she’s nothing more than Sidwell’s (Carlo Rotta) pawn.
Even if Michael doesn’t achieve his goal of Willow and Chase having an affair, just making it look like they did will be big trouble. Aside from Sidwell going scorched-earth if Willow’s love life hurts the congressional seat he forced her to take, the Quartermaine family and Sonny (Maurice Benard) will make Chase pay for hurting Brook Lynn.
