Earlier this month, Felton made history as the first Harry Potter film actor to reprise his role on Broadway in “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” at the Lyric Theatre, receiving a standing ovation at his debut. Broadway Inspiration

Felton credited Radcliffe as an inspiration for his Broadway journey. Speaking on Good Morning America, Felton said:

“He was one of the early inspirations for me to come to Broadway. I saw him in his first show over 10 years ago, and now he’s a Tony winner and a big reason why Broadway feels so special.”

In a June interview with People, Felton added:

“My old school chum, Potter, Radcliffe, has done quite a bit of Broadway, so he’s holding my hand and helping me through all the things that are hard to learn. The fans are really gracious and excited, and I’m thrilled to be part of it.”

Passing the Torch

The Harry Potter legacy continues with the upcoming HBO TV series, starring 11-year-old Dominic McLaughlin as Harry. The young actor revealed he received a letter of support from Radcliffe, which he described as an unforgettable moment:

“It was insane. My dad tapped me on the train and gave me this letter. I read it and saw it was signed ‘Dan R.’ I was going mad, but I had to stay cool.”

From Hogwarts to Broadway and beyond, Radcliffe and Felton’s reunion reminds fans of the enduring magic of their Harry Potter journey, now spanning 24 years.
