BREAKING 🚹 Federal Prosecutor Alina Habba’s Office Targeted — Suspect Arrested After Chaotic Altercation

Suspect Arrested in Connection With Altercation at Federal Prosecutor Alina Habba’s Office

The FBI just confirmed it: a 51-year-old man, Keith Michael Lisa, has been arrested after allegedly storming into the office of acting U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba and destroying property during an attempted confrontation earlier this week.

Attorney General Pam Bondi blew the whistle on the incident days ago, revealing that the man fled the scene after wreaking havoc inside Habba’s workspace. Bondi didn’t say whether Habba witnessed it herself — but assured the public: “Thankfully, Alina is okay.”

On Saturday, she delivered the update everyone was waiting for: “The suspect is now in custody.”
Bondi doubled down, warning: “No one will get away with threatening or intimidating our U.S. Attorneys.”

The FBI had put out a wanted poster Friday — complete with a $25,000 reward — before tracking down the suspect. Officials still haven’t revealed where the arrest happened, what charges are coming, or whether the man has legal representation.

Habba reacted to the news bluntly: “We got him.”
She praised the DOJ, FBI, U.S. Marshals, and Homeland Security for their “tireless work,” adding: “We will not tolerate any acts of intimidation or violence toward law enforcement. Now justice will handle him.”

For context, Habba — once a personal attorney to Donald Trump and a brief White House counselor — has been serving as acting U.S. Attorney while her stalled Senate confirmation hangs in limbo. Her nomination was withdrawn in July so she could continue in the role, but legal challenges are mounting; a federal judge ruled in August that she’s not lawfully in the position. The case is now headed to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
