Kensington Palace has released unseen footage of Catherine, Princess of Wales, and Prince George on a recent visit to an RAF base to mark Armed Forces Day.
The video captures the princess alongside her eldest son on a recent visit to RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire.
“Honouring Service and Sacrifice,” the caption reads.

Catherine has been Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Coningsby since August 2023.
This visit included time with the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, which is based at the station.
RAF Coningsby serves as one of two Quick Reaction Alert stations safeguarding British airspace, operating in tandem with RAF Lossiemouth in Scotland.
The base houses the Typhoon fighter jets responsible for defending the nation’s skies around the clock.
The Lincolnshire station also maintains the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, preserving the legacy of those who defended Britain during its darkest hours.
The Typhoon fleet stationed there forms a crucial component of the country’s air defence capabilities.
For Catherine, the Welsh base holds particular significance as she resided there with the Prince of Wales during his own pilot training.
George’s admiration for the RAF was revealed by his father, Prince William, in 2024.
Speaking to Chrissie Lacey, a Squadron Leader serving at RAF Coningsby, the Prince of Wales said George is a “potential pilot in the making.”
Catherine also told a cadet back in 2016 that George is “obsessed” with air cadets and would like to join.
Armed Forces Day, honoured across the country today, celebrates past and present service members, veterans, cadets, and their families.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan led the flag-raising ceremony at City Hall earlier in the week, joined by representatives of the British Armed Forces.
“I am honoured to stand alongside members of our Armed Forces to celebrate the bravery of our service personnel and their unwavering commitment to defending our country,” Mr Khan said.
“We owe a huge debt of gratitude to all those who have protected and continue to protect our country and our freedoms.
“Their courage and commitment to our nation and peace show why they represent the very best of us, and we remain endlessly grateful for their service.”
Military parades and celebrations are taking place across the country to honour service personnel and their commitment, dedication and sacrifice to the country.
