Sky News was halted for a breaking bulletin today (April 19) after a synagogue in Harrow was targeted in an attempted arson attack. Correspondent Phoebe Southworth was at Kenton United Synagogue in north-west London, interviewing locals and getting the latest information on the unfolding events to viewers.
She explained: “We’re getting a few more details from the Metropolitan Police, and in the last few minutes we’ve heard a bit more about what happened at Kenton United Synagogue in Harrow. We know now that the incident happened at about midnight last night – a bottle with accelerant was thrown through one of the windows and ended up causing damage to one of the rooms.
