SARAH’S DEADLY GAMBLE: THE STAKES HIT ROCK BOTTOM AS SHE MAKES A TERRIFYINGLY DANGEROUS MOVE AFTER THEO IS FINALLY EXPOSED!

Sarah Platt is set to make a risky move after Theo Silverton is finally caught out over his abuse of Todd Grimshaw on Coronation Street. The dark storyline is set to take an important turn next week as Todd takes the brave decision to go to the police and reveal what has been happening.

Scenes next week will begin with a concerned Sarah, Summer Spellman and George Shuttleworth trying to get to Todd after hearing that he and Theo are planning to move to Belfast.

Amid their suspicions, Theo lies through an intercom and says they are already on their way, claiming Todd can’t talk because he is paying for petrol – though in truth Theo has locked Todd in his bedroom. However, the latter convinces Theo to free him so he can ‘prove’ to Sarah that they are on their way.

After contacting and convincing Sarah of the lies, Theo takes a shower and Todd uses the moment as an attempt at a high-risk escape. Later on, a bloodied Todd speaks to Lisa Swain and Kit Green and reports Theo. But will the villain be brought to justice?

In follow-on scenes airing on Thursday, Sarah is relieved over Todd’s decision to go to the police. Yet she is aware that they need more evidence to make Todd’s case stronger.

As such, she finds Theo’s van, managing to open the door and look through his holdall in the search for his tablet, which contains video footage. Luckily, she manages to find the device and is about to take it.

Coronation Street's Sarah to make dangerous move after Theo ...

However, could she be making things worse for Todd?

“It’s always a risk when a Weatherfield resident takes matters into their own hands like this,” our Corrie source said. “The police are investigating following Todd’s brave statement, but any wrong move risks playing into Theo’s hands.

“With Theo an expert at manipulating situations to his own advantage, could Sarah be about to mess up badly if she’s caught breaking into the van?”
