The Voice is reportedly preparing to spend millions of dollars to assemble its most iconic coaching lineup ever — a dream team that fans have been begging for for years.
According to The U.S. Sun, NBC executives are pushing hard to reunite Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine, and Kelly Clarkson for the show’s highly anticipated 30th season, marking the first time all four superstars would appear together on The Voice at the same time.
A production insider revealed that Season 30 is being treated as a major milestone, with producers determined to “go big” — even if it means breaking the bank.
“Season 30 is a huge moment for the show,” the source said.
“Nothing is locked in yet since filming won’t begin until late spring or early summer 2026, but the goal is to make this the most star-studded lineup ever.”
Producers have long wanted to bring Adam Levine and Blake Shelton back together, a pairing that helped define the show’s early success thanks to their legendary on-screen bromance. Season 30, insiders believe, is the perfect opportunity to finally make that reunion happen.
Adding Gwen Stefani would turn the lineup into a true family affair, while Kelly Clarkson — a longtime friend of Blake’s with deep ties to the franchise — is seen as the ideal fourth coach to complete the dream team.
“If producers get their way, Season 30 will be Adam, Blake, Gwen, and Kelly,” the insider said.
“But nothing is official yet.”
The biggest hurdle? Money and scheduling.
Bringing Blake and Gwen back alone is expected to cost the show a fortune, while Kelly’s packed schedule — combined with a challenging personal year — makes booking her for back-to-back seasons especially tricky.
“There are a lot of moving parts,” the source admitted.
“But producers really want to make it work.”
For now, Season 29 will feature a stripped-down panel with just three coaches — Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and John Legend — marking the first time in the show’s history that it won’t have four chairs turned.
Adam Levine, an original coach alongside Blake Shelton, famously exited the show in 2019 amid reported behind-the-scenes tension before making his return in 2025. Blake, meanwhile, remains the longest-running coach in The Voice history, appearing on 23 consecutive seasons before stepping away.
Though no longer on the panel, Blake has maintained close ties with the franchise and continues to appear in promotional content, keeping fans hopeful for a comeback.
If NBC succeeds, Season 30 could become the most nostalgic, expensive, and talked-about season in The Voice’s history — a true reunion fans never thought they’d see.
