General Hospital spoilers suggest that long-time fan-favorite Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may soon be faced with a riddle that could help her uncover a deeper mystery while she’s being held captive.
According to the latest teasers for the week of December 15–19, Anna will encounter some kind of distraction during her captivity — possibly in the form of a riddle or puzzle delivered by Pascal (Marc Forget). 
Pascal has shown a somewhat friendly demeanor toward Anna, which could work to her advantage. However, since he serves Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), whatever he brings may not be entirely harmless.
Spoilers hint that this riddle might be part of Sidwell’s plan to mess with Anna’s mind — potentially trying to gaslight her about old foe Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) being alive, a theory Jason Morgan once suggested before her disappearance.
Rather than confusing her, the puzzle could help Anna eventually figure out who’s behind her captivity — possibly revealing that Sidwell himself is her captor and that she’s being held somewhere relatively close, like Spoon Island.
If Anna solves the riddle and recognizes her situation, she might even find an escape opportunity — or someone like Lucas Jones could stumble on clues during his own search around Wyndemere.
