Kelly Stafford Pauses Podcast to Focus on Family, Says ‘See Y’all Later’

On Wednesday, Nov. 26, the 36-year-old shared the news on The Morning After’s Instagram account, explaining that she felt “this pull to get back to my roots.”

In a heartfelt three-part message to her audience, Stafford expressed gratitude for her life, her family, and her listeners. “I am grateful for my life, for the chaos, for the blessings, and especially for y’all,” she wrote, thanking fans for their patience during her break.

Reflecting on the podcast’s beginnings, Stafford said, “I started this whole thing over four years ago with a crappy mic, zero editing, and honestly zero clue what I was doing,” aiming to create a space where other moms could feel seen.

She added that while her inspiration hasn’t changed, her priorities have shifted. “This space has been exactly what I needed. It has been unbelievably good for me and, more importantly… my family,” she wrote.

Stafford explained that with her husband in “the middle of one hell of a season,” she wants to be fully present for him and their four children—Hunter, Tyler, and twins Sawyer and Chandler. “I want to be present for my girls. I want to give my whole heart to the people who have always given theirs to me,” she said.
