Prince Andrew and Fergie May Never Return to the U.S. Amid Epstein Fallout
Disgraced former Duke of York Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson may never set foot in the United States again due to the ongoing fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, according to a new report. Historian Andrew Lownie, author of Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York, told NewsNation that neither Andrew nor Ferguson want to risk being arrested or forced to testify before Congress about their connection to Epstein
Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide in April, alleged in her posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl that Epstein ordered her to have sex with Andrew three times, including when she was 17. Lownie warned that more victims, some younger than Giuffre, may soon be publicly named.
The 65-year-old Andrew—now Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor after losing his royal titles—was reportedly closer to Epstein than previously known, with a friendship that started earlier and lasted longer than assumed. Ferguson, 66, publicly admitted to “borrowing” $15,000 from Epstein, though Lownie claims the total sum could have reached $2 million, as Epstein saw it as a way to gain access to other royals.
With the scandal continuing to unfold, it appears both Andrew and Ferguson will avoid the U.S. entirely to steer clear of legal exposure.
