Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene just fired back at Donald Trump — and yes, this political breakup is as messy as it sounds.
It all exploded Friday night when Trump unloaded on Greene in a long Truth Social rant, yanking his support and accusing one of his closest allies of going “Far Left” and turning into “a ranting lunatic.”
Within an hour, Greene clapped back with screenshots of text messages she says triggered the fallout — including her push for Trump to “lean in” on Bill Clinton’s connection to Jeffrey Epstein.
Greene wrote:
“President Trump just attacked me and lied about me… Apparently this is what sent him over the edge. The Epstein files.”
In the messages, she points Trump toward Epstein flight logs and argues that Clinton and other Democrats were deeply tied to the disgraced billionaire.
“Epstein was the spider that wove the web of the deep state. Lean into it.”
She also shared texts to Trump’s aide Natalie Harp after Harp called the controversy “THE JEFFREY EPSTEIN HOAX.” Greene demanded Republicans “stop ignoring the women,” insisting that Epstein’s victims aren’t a political talking point — and definitely not a hoax.
Then came Greene’s full statement — and she did NOT hold back.
She accused Trump of trying to make an example out of her to scare House Republicans ahead of next week’s vote to release the Epstein files. She said Trump is fighting harder to stop the files than he is to help struggling Americans.
Greene reminded supporters she has “given Trump too much time and money,” but made it clear she doesn’t worship him:
“I worship God… I serve my district and the American people. I remain America First and America Only.”
Meanwhile, Trump continued airing their “dirty laundry” online — even revealing he once told Greene not to run for Senate or governor because polls showed she didn’t stand a chance unless she had his endorsement.
He claimed she constantly complains, he won’t take her calls, and hinted he’d support a primary challenger in 2026.
All of this is happening as Trump tries to keep Republicans in line on the Epstein files vote — something he’s dismissed as a “Democrat hoax.” But Greene, Lauren Boebert, Nancy Mace, and Thomas Massie have all backed the push to force the files into the open.
Trump’s frustration spilled over again in another post, mocking Massie and attacking GOP lawmakers who support the petition.
Inside the White House, officials are reportedly furious at Republicans defying Trump. One anonymous aide blasted the effort as helping Democrats “distract” from GOP successes.
But Greene says she’s standing with Epstein survivors — many of whom she claims insisted Trump wasn’t involved and who say they were abused as teenagers.
Other House Republicans say they’ll vote to release the files, meaning Speaker Mike Johnson has little power to stop it. Whether the Senate — or Trump himself — blocks it later remains to be seen.
One thing’s clear:
This MAGA family feud is officially public… and it’s only getting louder. 🔥🇺🇸🧨
