🔥 Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Gets Prison Release Date — Set to Walk Free in 2028 After Explosive Trial and Shocking Verdict 😱🚨

After months of speculation, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ official prison release date has been confirmed — and it’s sooner than many expected.Sean Combs at the Leagues Cup 2023 match between Inter Miami CF and Atlanta United at DRV PNK Stadium on July 25, 2023 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

📅 According to federal prison records, the embattled hip-hop mogul is set to be released on May 8, 2028, after serving part of his 50-month sentence.

Combs has already spent roughly a year behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest in September 2024.

The 55-year-old music icon was convicted on two counts of transporting individuals to engage in prostitution, but acquitted of the far more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges — charges that could have sent him to prison for decades, even life.

His release date accounts for time served, but Diddy’s legal fight is far from over. He’s appealing his conviction and sentence, while also facing around 70 civil lawsuits from alleged victims — including accusations of drugging and sexual assault, some involving minors.

During his federal trial, jurors watched disturbing footage — first published by CNN — showing Combs violently attacking his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway back in 2016. Ventura later took the stand, describing years of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, including being forced into drug use and coerced sex with others.

Another witness, known as Jane, shared similar accounts of manipulation and abuse, testifying that Combs used his wealth and influence to control and exploit women in his inner circle.

Judge Subramanian, in sentencing, condemned Combs’ actions, saying:

“You abused them physically, emotionally, and psychologically… this was subjugation, not love.”

Combs’ legal team has also reached out to former President Donald Trump for a possible presidential pardon, but Trump previously told Newsmax that he was unlikely to grant it, saying their relationship “became difficult” once Combs turned politically hostile.

As of now, Diddy remains incarcerated, awaiting appeal outcomes and facing mounting civil suits, but if nothing changes — he’ll walk free in spring 2028.
